The power to save all.
“To knock down the demonic castle from the sky, to save those who suffer, and to pierce the Demon King’s heart with the blade of justice!”
The power to strike the Demon King with all of the pain and anger he felt.
“Who amongst you wishes to make them pay for the killing and pillaging! The destruction of your village, the deaths of your neighbors, family and all of your loved ones!”
The power to make his wish come true. To kill monsters.
“If you have such a wish, then come forth! Our army of light shall bestow on you the power of god, and the blade of vengeance!”
Declared the sorcerer. Everyone turned to each other.
As if trying to determine how the others would react.
“I wish for it.”
Said Poro as he stepped forward.
“I want…power.”
He glared at the sorcerer, as if he was looking at the Demon King himself.
“Give me…power. I will kill the Demon King and the monsters. Every single one of them!”
The rider hesitated for a moment, but then nodded.
“Very well. In that case, you must swear loyalty to our Hero, as well as the guardian god, Furukamuto, the Seer.”
Poro went down to his knees and pressed his forehead into the dirt as he shouted.
“I swear my allegiance to the Hero, and his god!”
Through the ground, he glared at everything.
The monsters and Demon King who killed his family and burned his village.
Even the Hero and god who were going to give him power.
He swore in his heart that he would kill all of them.

With a dark feeling, Fi trudged along in the forest with the kobolds.
‘Salia is watching over Sheto. She would never allow him to make a contract with the Demon King. She must be planning an escape. Don’t worry.’
The situation far exceeded his imagination.
Everything was a mess. The Demon King’s will alone had flown from the castle and gone inside of the general. And then he had spoken to Sheto, asking him to join him.
Of course, if this was a game, Fi would have laughed. This was such a predictable way for the plot to develop.
However, as someone facing it in real life, it was a complete disaster.
‘In any case, you must take those kobolds to Elephas. Depending on how things go, I might have to return you to your world.’
The dragon god said gravely. It was very different from his usual, casual tone. Salia was sticking with Sheto, and he had not heard from Canila since she visited the Seer.
“Keita…what…are you doing…”
He could still see Keita’s information on the status screen. However, if the village was completely destroyed, he would not likely be able to help save Sheto.
“Fi? Are you, alright?”
The kobold child clung to him like a puppy. Fi patted it gently. Guto walked next to them, and had a sad expression.
“What…am I supposed to do now.”
Fi looked up at the sky.
“Huh?”
A silver bird was staring down at him.
He had seen it somewhere before. But now, it no longer seemed like an ordinary bird.
That strangeness he felt in his horns. The sensation of his dragon eye opening.
It had no heartbeat. No warmth of a living creature. He did not detect it as alive.
“Th…that is no ordinary bird!”
“What is it, Fi?”
Urak asked him. Still, Fi did not take his eyes off of the bird.
It seemed both empty and dense. And it looked at him with eyes filled with some kind of power.
Cold. Merciless. As if it was observing something that was going to be offered up as sacrifice.
“Everyone…run…”
He did not hear anything. Now ringing or footsteps. Not even the sounds of animals escaping.
However, he knew it for certain. They were being surrounded.
