I snapped out of it and turned around. Ms. Noa and Ms. Nico were standing there with exasperated expressions.

And like that, they teased me about it until breakfast was over. And then we went to the Adventurers Guild.

We then handed him the Merchant Guild cards from the incident.

A short while later, he returned and said that the Guild Master had called us to his cabin.

As we entered the captain’s cabin, Captain Ed was waiting for us while smoking a cigar.

However, there was no point in being scared now. I had to give him a proper explanation about what had happened.
Once I was finished, Captain Ed sighed with exasperation.
He said that the Guild would investigate it now, and so that we were to keep quiet about the matter. Yes, I know.

When we returned to the front desk, the young man asked us if we were alright… He was surprisingly kind.
Ah, that’s right. I have to submit the kelpy registration form…
Being called by Captain Ed made me forget all about it.
I filled in the required fields and… What about the name…?
Hmm. After thinking about it for some time, I decided on ‘Soshio.’
And then I submitted it and… Oh, this costs money too. Right… And it’s rather expensive too.
A moment later, the muscular man gave me a card.
It was made of a blue metal and had my name and party name on it.
And under it, ‘Soshio: Kelpy’ was carved.
Hehe. Now it’s like Soshio really is one of us.
I’ll show it to Soshio as soon as we return. I wonder if they’ll like it.
Now, it was time to retire for the day.
It would be difficult to work after sticking out in such a bad way.
